Frequently asked questions

How many tokens do I get per day?

Every user gets 10 tokens per day, which reset at midnight in your local time zone. Heavy features (Conversation, Podcast, Script creation) cost 5 tokens each; lighter features (Convert, Words, Reply, Browse) cost 1 token each. You can check your remaining tokens on the home screen.

What happens if a request fails?

If a feature fails on our end (network error, transcription failure, etc.), the tokens are refunded automatically. You should see your balance restore within a few seconds.

Can I change my interface language?

Yes. Go to Settings → Language. The app supports Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, and English. Book vocabulary translations will come back in your selected language.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your writing, recordings, vocabulary decks, and practice history. The action cannot be undone.

Why is my podcast episode shorter than the original?
